Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Crew Wallet at crew.expiry-track.com. Crew Wallet is provided by Stuart Howitt trading as ExpiryTrack, Elderflower House, Carbrooke, Thetford, IP25 6SS, United Kingdom (VAT registration GB924501154). Contact: appsupport@stuarthowitt.co.uk.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over.
2. What Crew Wallet does
Crew Wallet lets you store details and photos of your training cards, tickets and certificates, reminds you by email before they expire, and lets you share them with people you choose by link, QR code or PDF summary.
Important: Crew Wallet does not verify your cards
Everything in your wallet is self-declared. We do not check cards with IPAF, PASMA, CSCS or any other issuing body, and every shared page says so. Crew Wallet is a record-keeping and sharing tool. It does not prove that anyone is competent, and it does not replace an employer's own checks or their legal duties. Reminders are a convenience: you remain responsible for keeping your cards in date.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
4. Your information and what you share
You are responsible for making sure what you add is accurate, belongs to you, and is yours to share. Do not upload other people's documents, or anything you are not entitled to share.
When you create a share link or show your QR code, anyone with it can see what that link includes until you switch it off or it expires. Only share with people you trust. We are not responsible for what someone does with information after you have shared it with them.
You keep ownership of your information. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide Crew Wallet to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Plans and prices
- Free: up to 2 cards, with expiry reminders.
- Pro: £3.00 a month including VAT. Unlimited cards, card photos and PDFs, share links, QR codes, time-limited job links and a PDF summary.
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next payment at the new price, so you can cancel first.
6. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing, which opens Stripe's secure billing page. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. You keep your cards, but Pro features such as sharing stop working until you upgrade again.
14-day cooling-off period. If you are a consumer, you can cancel your first Pro subscription within 14 days of taking it out and get a full refund. Email appsupport@stuarthowitt.co.uk to do this.
Outside that period, payments for months that have already started are not normally refundable, but we will refund where the law requires it, where we have made a billing mistake, or where we decide a refund is fair.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Crew Wallet to:
- store or share forged, altered or someone else's documents, or pretend a card is yours or valid when it is not;
- break the law or anyone's rights;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Crew Wallet available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If a change takes away something important you are paying for, you can cancel and we will refund any affected period you have already paid for.
9. Our responsibility to you
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights, including that the service will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by you, for example where a card was out of date or you shared information with someone. As Crew Wallet does not verify cards, we are not responsible for decisions others make based on what you share, such as refusing or allowing entry to a site.
Where we are responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Closing your account
You can delete individual cards and share links at any time. To close your account, email appsupport@stuarthowitt.co.uk from the address you signed up with; we will close it within one month and cancel any Pro subscription. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your information.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and email you before any important change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Crew Wallet and cancel Pro before the change applies.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at appsupport@stuarthowitt.co.uk and we will try to sort it out.
